REFUND POLICY:

• Sale items cannot be refunded.
• Refund must be claimed within 2 days of receiving with complete purchase details,
• Items can only be refunded if they are sent back within 2 business days (for orders within Karachi) and 3-5 business days (for orders from other cities) days after receiving.
• Items must be tagged and in original condition.
• Items must not be damaged or show any sign of wear.
• Refund may take 10-12 business days after receiving the item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles. However , except the below circumstances:
• If the item was defected when received by the customer.
• If the wrong item was delivered
• If promotional free shipping is being offered.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Sale items cannot be exchanged.
• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with their original purchase details and tags..
• Customers are requested to ship the articles to be exchanged within 7 days of receiving them. No requests will be entertained after that time.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning and getting the new articles at their own expense.
